Apparel, hats and skateboards
Orders ship within 5 business days, usually sooner. You'll get tracking by email when it leaves.
US: UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage. Rates are calculated at checkout. Free on US orders over $200.
International: DHL Express or FedEx International Economy to 28 countries. Rates are calculated at checkout. Duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
If a package is lost or arrives damaged, email zach@portraitltd.com within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and photos. We'll file the claim with the carrier.
Surfboards
Surfboards are pickup only, in San Diego, CA. We don't ship boards at this time.
We'll reach out when your board is ready to set up a pickup.
