Build Times

How long does it take to build a custom surfboard?
All surfboards are made to order and typically take 6–10 weeks to build. You'll receive updates throughout the process.

Pickup & Shipping

Can I get my surfboard shipped?
Surfboards are available for pickup only at our San Diego, CA location. We do not ship surfboards at this time.

What about skateboards and apparel?
Skateboards and apparel ship domestically throughout the US and internationally to 25 countries.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size via USPS, DHL Express, and FedEx. Free shipping is available on US orders over $200.

How do I order a custom surfboard?
Fill out our Custom Order Form with your shape, dimensions, and design preferences. We'll be in touch to confirm details and get your build started.

Limited Editions

What are the Limited Edition decks?
All skateboards are limited press runs — each deck is 1 of 50. Once they're gone, they're gone. Keep an eye on new drops.

Materials & Construction

Where are your skateboards made?
Our skateboards are manufactured by BBS in Mexico using 7-ply construction for durability and pop.

Where are your surfboards made?
Every surfboard is shaped by Zach Miller and glassed at Moonlight Glassing in California.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for fast, secure checkout.
