Refund policy
Apparel, hats and skateboards
Returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Unworn, unwashed, tags on. Decks unridden, no grip, no marks.
Email zach@portraitltd.com with your order number before sending anything back. Return shipping is on you, and original shipping isn't refunded.
Refunds go back to your original payment once the return arrives and checks out.
Sale and discounted items are final.
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll take care of it.
Surfboards
All surfboard sales are final.
If a board has a defect in workmanship, contact us within 7 days of pickup and we'll take care of it.
Every board is shaped and glassed by hand. Color, tint and resin work vary from the photos and from board to board. That isn't a defect.
Build times are estimates. Delays aren't grounds for a refund.
Custom surfboards
Custom boards are paid in full when the order is placed.
You have 48 hours after ordering to cancel for a full refund. After that, the build starts and the order is non-refundable.
